Children's Liturgy of the Word is a time-honored tradition at St. Justin Parish, bringing the Word of God alive for children during our Sunday Masses. At the 9am and 10:30am Masses, when a volunteer catechist is available, the children are dismissed after the opening prayer, walk to the Chapel in the Parish Ministry Center, hear the readings in a translation adapted to children, sing the psalm, participate in a dialogue homily, and return to Mass for the Presentation of the Gifts. No registration is required.
Volunteers Needed
We invite you to prayerfully consider helping to nurture the faith of the children of our parish. We welcome adult volunteers for the 9am and 10:30am Masses. With enough volunteers, the time commitment is once a month. Training and all materials will be provided.
