St. Justin Community Ministry was established to help people needing basic food and clothing, as well as to provide our parishioners opportunities to serve the larger Santa Clara community.

St. Justin Food Pantry is open Tues – Sat (10 am – 12 noon). Clients who have means to cook / store food may pick up bags of groceries once per calendar month. Unhoused clients may pick up a brown bag lunch each day.

For Food Pantry clients in need of clothing basics, the Clothes Rack provides simple clothing next to the Food Pantry Tues - Thurs (10 am - 12 noon). Clients without vehicle transportation may request a day pass bus token once a month.

Prior to the Thanksgiving / Christmas holiday season, St. Justin Community Ministry holds a separate registration for clients to receive extra groceries for the holiday meals and Christmas gifts for client’s children and grandchildren.

The Food Pantry is fortunate in partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank and the Grocery Rescue program.  Through this program, we receive regular food donations from local grocery stores and the Central branch of the Santa Clara City Library.

Community Ministry’s Family Shelter Meal Team prepares and serves a monthly meal for residents at the San Jose Family Shelter.
